During the Profile session
- The administrator should discreetly ensure that students are working their way through the assessments on their own
- If internet connectivity is lost for whatever reason, all results will be saved and the countdown timers will stop
- In the event of an interruption to the session (such as a fire alarm), all results so far will be saved and the countdown halted.
- When the student next logs in, they will be able to resume where they left off and all of their previous progress will have been saved
At the end of the Profile session
Students finish at slightly different times
You can customise the end message in Morrisby Manager:
- If results are delayed: “You’ll be able to view your results soon. Please log in to morrisby.com to view them.”
- If results are immediate: The site guides students through their results and suggestions
Feedback & Interviews
- Morrisby online includes an interview template system to assist you in conducting your feedback interviews
- Ahead of the interview, students are asked to:
- Complete some background questions about their futures
- Review their results and add their reflections
- This personal information, plus the profiling results, analysis and suggestions are made available to the adviser ahead of the interview.
- In addition, a succinct summary of the most relevant information is made and loaded into an 'Interview Pro-forma', which forms the basis of the interview and can be edited by the adviser either during or after the interview.
This helps advisers:
- Preparing for interviews
- Gathering student information
- Write interview summaries
It also helps ensure that as much relevant information as possible is available to the adviser at the time of interview.
