1. Log in to Wonde

• Go to https://edu.wonde.com and sign in using your administrator credentials.
  

2. Go to your Organisation Dashboard

• Click on your school name to access the main dashboard.
  

3. Select the Morrisby Application

• Go to the Applications or Connected Apps section.
  

• Find and click on the Morrisby application.
  

4. Manage Data Sharing Settings

• Click "Manage Data Access" or "Permissions" (exact wording may vary slightly depending on the interface version).
  

5. Locate Student Data Filters

• In the data sharing options, find the section related to Student Data.

• Look for a filter or option to limit sharing by year group or student cohorts.
  

6. Select Specific Year Groups

• You’ll see a list of year groups (e.g., Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, etc.).

• Tick only the year groups you want to share data for.

• Untick all other year groups to exclude them from data sharing.
  

7. Save Your Changes

• Click Save, Apply, or Confirm to update the data sharing settings.

8. Verify the Changes

• Double-check the app's access summary or reports to ensure only the chosen year groups’ data is being shared.
