Introducing Morrisby

Our new careers platform

We are pleased to share that our school will be using Morrisby, a complete careers and destinations platform, as part of our careers curriculum. Morrisby is used by thousands of schools and colleges to support students aged 11 to 18 with planning their next steps in education, training and careers. 

What Morrisby Offers 

Morrisby combines questionnaires and psychometric assessments with a rich library of careers and course information. The platform helps students understand their strengths, interests, priorities and personality, and uses these results to generate personalised career and subject suggestions. 

Key features include: 

• Adaptive questionnaires and tests that assess aptitudes, interests and preferences. 
• Career exploration tools with detailed profiles, labour market information and videos. 
• Support for decision-making about subjects, apprenticeships, further education and university pathways. 
• Lesson plans and activities that link to careers frameworks and help deliver the school’s careers curriculum.

How Students and Parents Can Use It 

Every student will have a Morrisby account. Once logged in, students can complete their questionnaires and explore their results. They can also invite parents into their accounts so that both students and parents can: 

• Browse careers and pathways together. 
• Use the platform’s resources to talk through strengths and next steps. 
• Access career, course and apprenticeship information anytime. 

We believe Morrisby will help students make more informed choices about their future with confidence and clarity.
